As soon as Decoy arrives on Earth, nothing is what it seems anymore for rookie cop Bobby Luck. Is he dead: Is he alive? Why is everyone shooting at him? And when did he fall behind in the strength portion of the battle of the sexes?

Theres just on e person standing in Lucks way-Nabob. He has other plans-taking over the world! While Nabob doesnt have the help of a little, green alien, he does have friends. His cronies are a scientist with weird hair, a Rambo wannabe, and a homicidal, gas-mask wearing freak.

Now Luck and Decoy must depend on each other for survival, and along with Lucks senior partner, Tessa Moreno, they must stop Nabob from taking over the city. If they dont, and innocent young girl will die and the city will be lost.

Sounds easy enough, but they must keep Decoy a secret. Who knows who else would be after Luck if they knew he was harboring an alien? The FBI, the CIA, SETI, Sci-Fi junkies…
