Rainbow ribbon cable is hand-cut into a fun banner shape to make these earrings. They’re clamped into a silvertone cord end and are affixed to sterling silver fish hook earwires. Including the sterling silver ear hook, the earrings are 1-3/4 inches (4.5 cm) long from top to bottom.
